Mortgage Broker

Job Descriptions:

 

  • Understand various financial credit products
  • Understand the customer’s loan needs and provide appropriate loan plans
  • Actively develop your own customer base, call or visit potential target customers
  • Engage in professional cooperation with various channels to establish effective, long-term, and sustainable partnerships
  • Follow customer needs and business progress to maintain good business relationships

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Valid visa and fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Accounting and finance experience, along with a strong interest in the financial industry
  • Good analytical and judgement skills, solid language skills, and well-honed interpersonal skills

Job Descriptions:

 

  • Perform daily office supplies management
  • Coordinate office staff training and meeting arrangements
  • Maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the office area
  • Maintain responsibility for answering, transferring, inquiring, and carefully recording important matters
  • Understand the purpose of the visitor
  • Be responsible for the appointment, reception, and establishment of the visitor information database

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Good computer skills with Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient with MYOB
  • Experience in administration
  • Superior time management and organisation
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on new tasks

 

Senior Accountant

Job Descriptions:

 

  • Prepare and review balance sheets items
  • Prepare journal postings, accruals, and prepayments
  • Raise inter-company transactions
  • Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements
  • Perform bank and GL reconciliations
  • Prepare and lodge BAS
  • Assist with an outside tax accountant to prepare annual company tax returns

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Tertiary qualification is desirable
  • Commenced a CA or CPA qualification
  • 5 years commercial accounting experience preferred but not essential (At least 2 years)
  • Experience with preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements
  • Excellent knowledge of taxation legislation
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin Chinese
